Ｊａｍｅｓ　Ｅｎｇｌｉｓｈ　Ｈｏｕｓｅ

As all my students know, I am a regular customer at CAFFE BAR JIHAN in Yaizu. And most of them know that I have my own special mug there.

I bought this mug at an American goods store named CAL'S GENERAL STORE which is right beside Junshin Girls High School in Fujieda. It was little expensive (2000 yen) but I liked the design so I got it.

Why do I need a special mug? Because Americans like to drink a mug of coffee when they sit down to relax and the regular coffee cup at Jihan wasn't enough caffeine for me. So, I asked if I could bring in my own mug.

Most people who see my mug for the first time are surprised by it, but I always say that most Americans simply love a good mug of coffee and that it isn't the same to drink from a saucer cup. This mug a little bigger than what most American mugs are but, as I said above, I need the caffeine! LOL

So if you ever stop into Jihan you can see my internationally famous mug (thanks to facebook!) because it is always there.
