Ｊａｍｅｓ　Ｅｎｇｌｉｓｈ　Ｈｏｕｓｅ

A few people have told me that I haven't written any new blog posts for awhile, so I'll apologize for being so lazy.


Rainy season is the worst time for me. The all day rain that we had on Saturday brings me down. I always feel like I'm trapped in a cage when it rains without stopping from one night into the next. And of course, under all the rain, you can feel the summer heat start building up.


Japanese summer is very hard for me because of the humidity. I've been here twenty years and I still am not use to heavy heat that comes in late June and lasts until the end of August. Where I am from in America is hot in summer but it is a dry heat so it is an easier climate. Here, the heat just seems ironed on your body for two months. Just thinking of it coming makes me depressed.


Yesterday didn't rain and was a little hot, but for some reason I had energy so I cleaned the inside of my car. I even vacuumed the floor mats. It took about three hours because I also straightened up my music CD collection that I keep in the back seat. I was a little sweaty at the end but it was good to get all the CDs back in the right case.


I also found the purple tee shirt that I was looking for, so I'll be wearing that today! Yeah!
